Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you play LoopTurf, connect optional services, use its website or contact support.
Version 2026-11-02. The game and website share this document.
1. Who is responsible
Innoventis Infotech, India, publishes LoopTurf. Contact support@innoventisinfotech.com for privacy, account and support requests. This policy covers the game and its official website. A service described below operates only when it is enabled and configured in your installed version; the Account & privacy screen shows availability.
2. Local game data
Progress such as coins, owned cosmetics, upgrades, missions, records and tutorial progress is saved on your device. Controls, camera, sound, motion and graphics choices are device preferences. Your entered player name is used in the game. Practice does not earn persistent rewards. Local guest progress is not protected against uninstall, device loss or storage clearing unless you connect and successfully save it to Play Games.
The game stores a coarse age band and privacy choices separately from cloud progression. It does not need an exact date of birth. Local recovery copies can be retained before you replace progression during a cloud conflict; deleting game data also removes these game-owned recovery copies.
3. Guests and optional Play Games
You can start as a local guest without a sign-in prompt. When online services are enabled and age eligibility has been supplied, Firebase Authentication can create or reuse an anonymous game identity. This provides an authenticated game account without asking for an email or password. A device-only guest identifier is not proof of a server account.
Connecting Play Games is optional. The integration can receive a verified player identifier and display name and link the game identity to Play Games credentials. It does not request your Google password or read your email address through that bridge. Connected progression is stored with Play Games Saved Games. Existing local and cloud saves are presented for a whole-save choice when they conflict; wallets are not added together. Purchase ownership and device preferences are not included in progression snapshots.
4. Purchases and advertising
LoopTurf offers one permanent Remove Ads purchase when the store is available. Google Play handles payment; RevenueCat verifies purchase ownership and restoration using a game customer identifier and store transaction information. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase records are separate from game progression and may be retained by payment providers for billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
When enabled and permitted, Google AdMob can show advertising at eligible breaks after matches or, by your choice, for one revive after a death. Advertising providers can process IP addresses and general location inferred from them, advertising/device identifiers, ad interactions and technical diagnostics under their policies. Advertising is not requested before the applicable age/privacy checks. A confirmed Remove Ads entitlement suppresses advertising. Network failure, unavailable consent or unresolved ownership can mean no ad is shown.
Advertising privacy options are separate from agreement to the Terms and from optional gameplay analytics. Use Advertising privacy in Settings to review available choices. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing and is not described as anonymous or free from consent requirements.
5. Optional analytics and crash reporting
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are separate optional choices, initially off. Eligible players can enable them in Account & privacy when those integrations are available. Analytics uses a limited event vocabulary for screens, tutorials, matches, cameras, ad/revive outcomes and purchase/restore flow results. Custom flow events do not include receipts, order IDs or transaction amounts. Crash reports can include error stacks, app version, operating-system and device diagnostics. The game does not intentionally include player names, raw saves, tokens, support messages or arbitrary private text in analytics events.
Turning a choice off stops future optional collection through the integration. It does not automatically erase reports already processed. Provider retention and deletion mechanisms apply to historical records; contact support for an additional request.
6. Website and support
Public marketing and legal pages can be read without a player account. Hosting/security providers may process request IP addresses, browser information and operational logs to serve and protect them. Public pages do not add advertising trackers. The owner console uses essential authentication cookies and protected server-side records. Administrative configuration, deletion requests and audit records may be stored in Firestore separately from game saves.
If you request support or deletion, we process the contact information and explanation you supply to answer and verify the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or full card details. Submitting a player identifier alone does not authorize deletion of that account.
7. Purposes and service providers
Information is used to provide requested accounts and saved games, verify purchases, provide permitted advertising, answer requests, secure the service and perform optional diagnostics you enable. Depending on the applicable law, processing can rely on providing a requested service, consent, legal obligations or legitimate security interests. Optional choices can be withdrawn through Settings.
Providers can include Google/Firebase, Play Games, Google Play, AdMob, RevenueCat and the website host. They may process information outside your country under their terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. Targeted-advertising sharing/opt-out rights depend on applicable law and provider practices. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect against abuse.
8. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you remove it through the game or device storage controls, subject to device backups. Connected game account information and snapshots remain until replaced or deleted through an applicable request. The deletion flow stops synchronization, deletes the linked game snapshot, completes authenticated backend account cleanup and then clears local game data. Partial failures remain pending and retryable; pending deletion must not recreate a cloud save.
Deletion does not delete your Google account, entire Play Games profile, Google Play purchase history or records providers must lawfully retain. RevenueCat customer cleanup may be asynchronous; accepted processing is not a promise of immediate physical erasure. Historical diagnostics, billing records, security/audit evidence and genuinely de-identified aggregates follow their applicable retention requirements. Support and verification records are retained only as needed to resolve a request and meet legitimate security or legal obligations.
9. Your choices
Account & privacy provides account linking, synchronization, advertising privacy, optional diagnostics, Terms, Privacy and deletion controls. You can request access, correction, deletion or other rights available in your jurisdiction by contacting support@innoventisinfotech.com. Proportionate ownership verification may be required. We will explain relevant limitations and respond within the applicable legal time limits.
You can request deletion without reinstalling: email support@innoventisinfotech.com with the subject 'TurfTails account deletion'. The website provides email instructions, without a deletion or request-submission form. Include a support ID if you still have it and enough non-secret information to identify your request. A support ID alone is not ownership proof.
Android daily reminders are optional and off by default. If you enable them in Settings and allow notification permission, the device schedules a local reminder at 6 PM local time. These reminders do not require a push token or upload notification identifiers to our server. Turn them off in game Settings or Android settings. Android controls delivery, sound and heads-up display. Public game announcements can also appear inside the game.
10. Young players
LoopTurf is intended for ages 13 and older. Age eligibility and regional requirements are separate from an app-store rating. Unknown age and an under-13 selection keep online account, advertising and optional telemetry SDK operations off. The 13–17 age band uses conservative restricted advertising treatment; this is not a guarantee that all regional requirements are identical. Additional protections or service restrictions can apply in a release region. A parent or guardian may need to agree or contact us where required by law.
11. Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organizational measures, including authenticated account operations, encrypted transport and restricted administrative access. No system is absolutely secure. Updated documents are versioned and available in the game and website. Material changes will be notified where required. Your mandatory privacy and consumer rights are not removed by this policy.
