Include your game version, device model, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help. Please leave out passwords, authentication codes, payment card details and private access tokens.

Saved progress

Keep the game installed while we investigate a save problem. Your installed version may offer connected saves; check its account settings before changing devices.

Purchase help

Use Restore purchases in a supported release, signed into the Google Play account used for the purchase. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase when available. Prices come from Google Play. Refunds and transaction history are managed through the store.
