Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms are between you and Innoventis Infotech for LoopTurf and its official website. The game is intended for ages 13 and older. Obtain parent or guardian permission where applicable. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Privacy notices and optional advertising/diagnostics choices are separate from acceptance of these terms.

2. Permission to play

You receive a personal, limited permission to use the game for its intended entertainment purpose. Game content and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. Do not abuse accounts, impersonate others, distribute unauthorized copies, compromise the service or manipulate transactions. Nothing restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Guests, accounts and saved progress

Guest play saves locally. Connecting Play Games and cloud synchronization are optional and depend on supported devices, connectivity and provider availability. Do not assume a save has reached the cloud until the game confirms it. Conflicting saves require a whole-save selection; inventories and rewards are not combined. Keep your device and provider account secure and contact support before choosing a save you may not want to replace.

4. Remove Ads

When offered, Remove Ads is a single non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. The store shows the applicable price, currency and taxes before purchase. It removes advertising covered by the game entitlement; it includes one ad-free revive per run in Solo, Boss and Endless Survival. It does not grant coins or stat boosts. Ownership is verified through the store/RevenueCat and is not a field in your game save.

Restore purchases using the Google Play account that owns the purchase. Pending, cancelled, refunded or revoked orders may not grant an active entitlement. Account-data deletion does not itself refund a purchase or erase Play order records. Store refund procedures and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

5. Advertising and rewards

Advertising can be offered at eligible breaks subject to age, privacy, ownership, network and availability checks. It does not run during active matches or practice. Ad frequency may change within published safeguards. An unavailable ad is not a promise of payment or an entitlement. Earned in-game rewards have no cash value and must not be traded as money.

A rewarded revive is optional and limited to one per run. It is offered after death while gameplay is frozen. A confirmed earned reward resumes the run with a small starting territory, cleared trail and brief Ghost protection, retaining run statistics. Declining, unavailable ads or an unearned reward leave final results available. Test builds use official test ads. Ordinary timed Team respawns remain free.

6. Updates and availability

We may fix, update or change game features, supported versions and service availability. External providers can experience outages. We aim to preserve legitimate progression and purchases, but local-only data can be lost if device storage is removed or a device is lost. Material service changes will be communicated where required.

7. Privacy and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and choices. Delete account is available through Account & privacy, with outside-app requests handled by support email. The official website explains how to email us; it does not delete accounts or submit requests. Removing a LoopTurf account does not delete the Google account or entire Play Games profile. Some legally required provider records can remain.

8. Responsibility, law and contact

Use the game responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to availability and the limitations described here. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Indian law applies where permitted, without overriding mandatory rights or dispute procedures in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms with appropriate notice. Contact support@innoventisinfotech.com for questions, complaints or help. These documents must be reviewed against the actual release configuration, countries and publisher obligations before public launch.
